Ayo, is a beautiful German born artist, offspring of a Gipsy mother and Nigerian father who left Nigeria for Germany to study in the 1970s. Ayo’s nomadic lifestyle brought her to live between Paris and New York, two of the World’s greatest capitals which sum up her musical identity. Once you hear her music, you’re immediately aware it’s influenced by her rich cultural background.I came across her whilst doing some research for a client and I’ve been hooked ever since. Her gentle voice takes you away, especially on the popular track ‘Down on my Knees’. Again, the track entitled ‘Life is Real’ will get you feeling good whilst tapping away at your keyboard…
